SKIBAGS.COM RETURN/REFUND POLICY
ORDER CANCELLATION
If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us at skibagsdotcom@gmail.com. Orders cannot be cancelled once they are fulfilled.
RETURNS
Returns may be initiated within 30 days of receipt by you. Credit for items will be issued upon return of items, subject to the following terms:
You must submit your return inquiry to skibagsdotcom@gmail.com. We will respond within 2 business days acknowledging and initiating the return if applicable. Please include the order number, the date in which the item was received, and the item(s) in which you are looking to return. Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of SkiBags.com. Item(s) for return must be unused, in their original packaging, presentable for sale, and with all warranty cards, manuals, attached tags, etc. Cartons cannot be wet. Items must be sent within 30 days of purchase date in order to receive a refund.
DAMAGED PRODUCT
Each product is inspected and quality assured before it leaves our facility. If our team misses something and the product you received is damaged, please reach out to info@skibags.com and include images of the damage and we will get back to you with next steps.
Some of the larger items in our store are packed closely to the cardboard box openings. Every package we send out has "Careful with Knife" clearly written on the cardboard box. Items that are damaged due to package opening will not be accepted as returns.
